Stamp and photo enthusiasts on the ride will find “bells & whistles” to their liking at the Jefferson Post Office postal mobile unit on the southwest corner of the square. The unit will be open from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.

“We’re really excited about photo postcard service we’ll be offering,” said postmaster Carol Sieck. Riders can have their picture in front of an enlarged Jefferson RAGBRAI logo.

A premium postcard of the photo will be mailed to the rider (or anyone.) A small fee will be charged for the service.

The “All the Bells & Whistles” logo will also be featured in a special pictorial cancellation that will be offered by the post office.

Postcards and stamps will be available for purchase, Sieck said.

“We’re looking forward to a great day and hope to see lots of riders at our postal mobile unit,” she said
